Do you take a percentage of what I raise?
No. Mizanvest charges a flat subscription — never a percentage of capital and never carry. You keep 100% of your raise. This is also what keeps us out of broker-dealer territory: we are not compensated based on capital raised.
What do investors pay?
Nothing. Investors join, review, sign, fund, and track distributions for free. Only managers carry a subscription.
Can I run a real deal on the free plan?
Yes. Starter runs one deal end to end — model, negotiate, e-sign, and recorded distributions — at no cost, so you can prove the workflow before you pay.
What happens when a deal closes?
Active-deal limits count deals in flight. Completed deals stay on your record and keep their statements and audit trail without counting against your active limit.
Is the money ever held by Mizanvest?
